Let me introduce myself
My name is Jordan McKay, I am 22 years old. A lot of your children probably know me as Miss Jordan from the past two years, however I will be going by Ms. McKay from now on. While studying to become a teacher, I was a first and second grade paraprofessional here at OLSS. I have a Bachelor's of Arts in Education from SUNY Empire State College and I am almost completed with my Master’s of Science in Childhood and Special Education at Touro College. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember! It is my absolute passion and I love it so much! I cannot wait to start my first year here as a teacher at Our Lady Star of the Sea School. I love watching my students grow and learn new things. I hope to spark a love for school and learning in every one of my students. We are going to have a great year!
